information you give us

when you fill out our intake form or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the details you provide — for example your name, email address, company, and anything you write in a message.

information collected automatically

when you browse the site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies, local storage, and analytics tools, including:

• your IP address and approximate location;
• browser and device type;
• pages you view, links you click, and how long you stay;
• the site or source that referred you.

analytics & advertising (Meta Pixel)

we use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to understand how people use rallyup and to measure and improve our advertising. with your consent, the pixel sets cookies and sends information about your visit (such as the pages you view, your IP address, and device/browser details) to Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta may use this to measure our ad performance and to help us reach similar audiences. the pixel only loads after you accept cookies on our banner. you can read more in Meta's privacy policy.

we also use Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used so we can improve it — including aggregated usage data and, in Clarity's case, session-replay and heatmap analytics that show how visitors navigate pages. like the pixel, these tools load only after you accept cookies.

cookies & local storage

we use a small amount of browser storage to:

• remember your cookie-consent choice;
• allow the Meta pixel to set cookies that measure ad performance and recognise returning visitors (only after you accept).

when you first visit, we show a consent banner. we do not load the Meta pixel or other non-essential cookies until you click accept. if you click decline, those tools stay off for your browser.

• Microsoft Clarity — product analytics, including aggregated session replay and heatmaps;
• beehiiv — our newsletter platform;
• AWS (Amplify) — website hosting;
• service providers that process our intake form.

these providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.

your choices & rights

depending on where you live — for example California (CCPA/CPRA) and other US states, Israel (Protection of Privacy Law), or the EU/UK (GDPR) — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. to make any such request, email francisco@rallyup.team and we'll honor it.

you can also:

• change your cookie choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for rallyup.team, which will bring back the consent banner;
• unsubscribe from our newsletter using the link in any email.

data retention

we keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.
